The Challenge:
The brand leveraged performance-driven content through GeistM to extend its reach and tap into net new audiences. The primary goal was to acquire net new customers at a significantly lower cost by refining targeting and evolving the creative approach.

Our Approach:
The GeistM team modified its audience segmentation and targeting strategy to prioritize net new audiences and improve visibility into who was being served ads — and who wasn’t.
From there, a variety of persona-based content was developed, each crafted to resonate with distinct audience segments. We included celebrity-endorsed angles, skeptical-parent personas, and compelling “reasons why” listicles. This enabled deeper engagement and more relevant messaging across the funnel.
To further scale performance, we launched Catalogue campaigns that integrated these content assets. This enabled broader creative experimentation and more personalized ad delivery, which contributed to better click-through rates and ultimately more efficient acquisition.
