The Challenge:
In 2021, the brand approached GeistM to enhance its paid media strategy and unlock new growth opportunities. Initial goals were centered around achieving a 4x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). After surpassing initial benchmarks early in the partnership, our focus shifted to scaling paid media efforts while maintaining efficient ROAS across campaigns.

Our Approach:
The initial phase focused on proving efficiency through content-led performance campaigns. We launched educational focused Creatives to maximise AOV & ROAS, targeting high-intent audiences across paid social.
From the outset, the campaign strategy focused on prospecting and driving first-time orders. We developed a mix of editorial angles and first-person skeptic content, tailored to different audiences and demographics, to unlock incremental purchases while highlighting the brand’s premium quality and performance-driven materials. Educational assets played a key role in introducing new customers to the product benefits, which helped drive efficient ROAS even as spend scaled.
We leveraged strategic A/B testing across content, creative, and targeting to refine our approach. This iterative testing allowed us to scale efficiently while maintaining ROAS, supporting the client’s continued growth without compromising performance.

Results:
- Strong ROAS Performance: The campaign surpassed the 4x ROAS target, securing a ROAS 25% above goal
- Significant Campaign Impact: With more than 83K purchases and $4M+ in managed media spend, the campaign delivered strong scale and results.
